Refund and Returns Policy

1. Nature of the Service:
   The services purchased through turkishwithipek.com consist of live educational services delivered digitally (e.g., via Zoom).
2. Right of Withdrawal:
   Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, services that are “performed instantly in electronic form” and services that “begin to be performed with the consumer’s consent” are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
3. Refund Conditions:

• If the purchased lesson package has not been used (i.e., the first lesson appointment has not taken place), a full refund may be requested within 14 days from the purchase date.
• If a lesson time has been scheduled and the student does not attend the lesson, that lesson is deemed to have been delivered and is non-refundable.
• Lessons that cannot be conducted due to technical issues caused by the instructor (e.g., internet connectivity problems) will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, the fee for the relevant lesson will be refunded.
